A tracker that respects your complexity
Experience mood tracking designed for real human emotions, not oversimplified categories.
Track Multiple Emotions at Once
Feel euphoric but also anxious? Depressed but restless? Log everything you feel in a single entry. No more choosing just one.
Measure Individual Intensity
Capture the nuance. Rate each emotion on a 1-10 scale to see what truly dominated your day, like feeling "a little sad" but "overwhelmingly anxious."
Build Your Emotional Vocabulary
Go beyond generic labels. Create and name your own feelings—like "Vibrating Anxiety" or "Peaceful Melancholy"—to build a language that is truly yours.
Uncover Your Patterns
See your emotional world come to life. Discover connections and insights with beautiful, data-driven visualizations that respect the complexity of your experience.
Built for people who feel more than "happy" or "sad"

Missing Context
Apps ignore where and why emotions happen, losing crucial insights about your triggers and patterns.
Pressure, Not Support
Focus on 'wellness for work' creates guilt instead of genuine self-understanding.
It's Not All Your Fault
Ignoring social and economic factors wrongly suggests you're solely responsible for your mental health.
How PsycheMap Is Different
Research-backed features that actually help you understand yourself
Track Triggers
Add notes about where you were, who you were with, and what happened—see what truly affects your mood.
Feel Multiple Things
Track 'anxious AND hopeful' with separate intensity ratings—because real emotions are complex.
No Judgment Zone
Every emotion is valid. No pressure to 'fix' yourself or be productive—just understand yourself better.
You Own Your Data

A Note from the Developer
This is personal.
Hi, I'm @colaresAmanda. As a solo developer who's experienced the full spectrum of complex emotions firsthand, I've spent years searching for a tool that didn't try to simplify my reality.
I've been thinking about this problem for over 3 years, building prototypes and talking to people who feel similarly. I started building PsycheMap after a personal journey made me realize that life is too short not to trust your ideas, especially if they can help others navigate their own emotional landscapes.
This project is my answer to that. It's built from a place of lived experience, for everyone who's ever felt misunderstood by traditional mood trackers. That's why I'm launching it for free.
I believe everyone deserves a tool that validates their experience without judgment.
I'm not a big company; I'm one person who wants to get this right. Your feedback won't just improve the app—it will help build something we can all rely on.
